Many years ago, a movie called The Secret came to the big screen with the message . . . if you think long and hard enough about what you want, it will come your way.

People started furiously trying to think their way into manifesting homes, cars, and the man or woman of their dreams.

What happened is a lot of people became frustrated and disillusioned with the whole premise of the Law of Attraction because what they wanted wasn’t showing up for them.

What they didn’t realize is the Law of Attraction can only work when your vibration matches what you desire and when you take action to make it happen.

With all your heart, you may want a man in your life.

Yet deep inside you may be afraid of getting hurt again.

This creates an internal tug of war and what happens is the message you’re sending out to the Universe becomes unclear so it can’t be answered.

I wish I could tell you there was a magic bullet out there that could bring Mr. Right to your doorstep.

I’d love to tell you just think about him and he’ll show up.

It doesn’t quite work that way.

But . . . there are Law of Attraction dating tools and skills that can help you manifest the love you want in your life.

Today I’d like to share one of the tools that starts the process of aligning your energy with the man you want in your life.

For most women what is missing is clarity on what you want in a man and why you want him in your life.

Getting clear on the what and the why sends a vision of what you desire to the Universe.

Here’s an exercise that can help you with this.

Do this exercise when you are in a positive mindset and are feeling hopeful about finding love after 50.

On a sheet of paper write at the top: These are the qualities I desire in a man.

For example, you might write….

I want a man who loves and cherishes me

I want a man who emotionally supports me

Next, write about why you want him in your life…

I want a man who loves and cherishes me

  • because I love feeling adored by men
  • because I love it when a man shows me how much he cares about me

Another example…

I want a man who emotionally supports me

  • because when I’m happy, I want a man who is there to share my joy or happiness
  • because I want to know someone has my back

Don’t judge what you write. Just allow it to come to you.

Come back to this exercise often and use it to refine what it is you do and don’t want when it comes to a man and why.

One last note here…

The what and why is what you put out into the Universe.

The how comes from the action steps you’ll take to make your dream come true.

Not sure what those action steps are?

Getting super clear about who the right man is for you and the action steps needed to attract him is part of what we work on as a community in the Love after 50 coaching group.

If you’d like to know more about how this coaching group could jumpstart your love life, then Click here and tell me a little bit about what’s been happening in your love life.

If I think I can help you, I’ll send you a link to my calendar so the two of us can talk more about how this group can help you attract, meet and keep the right man for you.

I now know who I want in my life and why

I am so thankful and grateful that LISA COPELAND and her group program came into my life.  I was feeling very depressed after my long-term relationship ended and scared to start dating.  Lisa shares her vast knowledge of attracting and understanding men, and best of all – she makes it FUN!

I have a notebook filled with pages that remind me how much she has taught me, and I review those pages often on my journey for finding love.  I am determined to find the guy who is right for me, and now after working with her creating my Quality Man Template, I know better who I want in my life and why.  She also understands the importance of support, and I am lucky to be part of her group of ladies who provide encouragement to each other.  Thank you, Lisa!

P.S.  A year later: Hi Lisa, I have found my quality man and I’m happy beyond what I ever expected!  Sheila, Ohio

Believing in you!

Hugs~

Lisa
